By accessing namasteewanderrlust.com or booking a trip with NamasteeWanderrlust ("we", "us"), you ("you", "traveller") agree to these Terms.
1. Booking & payment
A trip booking is confirmed only after receipt of the full payment or minimum advance (typically 50%) via our Razorpay checkout. Seats are allocated on a first-paid basis.
2. Eligibility
Travellers must be 18+ or accompanied by a parent/guardian. You must hold a valid ID (passport for international trips) and any required visa. We are not liable for denied boarding due to incorrect documentation.
3. What's included
Each trip page lists inclusions & exclusions (stays, meals, transfers, activities, host, etc.). Flights are included only when the package explicitly says "with flights".
4. Changes & itinerary
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, stays, or activities for reasons of safety, weather, supplier issues, or force majeure. We'll always communicate changes before the trip and offer reasonable equivalents.
5. Cancellation & refunds

6. Conduct on the trip
Travellers are expected to be respectful, on time, and follow local laws. We reserve the right to remove travellers whose behaviour endangers or disrupts the group, without refund.
7. Liability
NamasteeWanderrlust is not liable for loss/damage to personal property, personal injury arising from adventure activities, or delays caused by third parties (airlines, hotels, weather). Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
8. Content & photos
Photos or videos taken during the trip may be used by NamasteeWanderrlust for marketing. Tell your host if you prefer to opt out.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
