Refund & Cancellation Policy

We get it — plans change. Here's exactly how our cancellation & refund process works.

If you cancel

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to namasteewanderrlust@gmail.com. Refund amount is calculated on the total trip cost paid, based on days remaining before the departure date:

The 15% deducted at 60+ days covers non-refundable advance bookings made on your behalf (hotels, domestic flights, permits).

Flight refunds

If your package includes flights, the airline's cancellation rules apply separately. We pass through whatever refund the airline issues. International flight tickets are typically non-refundable once issued.

If we cancel the trip

If NamasteeWanderrlust cancels a trip for any reason (insufficient bookings, force majeure, safety), you'll receive a 100% refund OR the option to transfer your booking to a future trip at no extra cost.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method via Razorpay.

Name changes & transfers

Up to 30 days before departure, you can transfer your booking to another person at no charge. Closer to the trip, fees may apply based on hotel/flight supplier rules.
